Chelsea Star Set To Undergo Medical Tests

Timo Werner has landed in Leipzig in order to undergo medical tests and then sign contract as new RB Leipzig player – he’s together with his agents as Chelsea approved the deal. Chelsea will receive €20m fixed fee plus add-ons. Šeško will sign now but for 2023. Both clubs have full agreement, permanent deal confirmed as revealed earlier – no loan with buy option. All parties will prepare documents in order to sign the agreement next week. According to Sky in Germany, a fee of £25.3m (€30m) plus bonuses has been agreed.

Inter Prepared To Sell Chelsea Target

According to a report by Italian publication Tuttosport, as relayed by Sempre Inter, Inter Milan are prepared to offload promising Chelsea’s target Cesare Casadei as they try to fix their financial issues and avoid selling first-team players. Young striker Andrea Pinamonti is another player who can be sold in the ongoing transfer window, with Sassuolo showing serious interest. Cesare Casadei joined the Inter Milan youth setup in the summer transfer window and has risen through the ranks to play for the Primavera team.

RB Leipzig close in on Benjamin Sesko

RB Leipzig are close to agreeing a deal with sister club Salzburg for young striker Benjamin Sesko. The 19-year old, who has been targeted by Manchester United, Chelsea and Newcastle, will stay at Salzburg on loan for the season before joining Leipzig next summer. The Bundesliga side are in the throes of agreeing a £30million deal with Chelsea for the return of Timo Werner but will agree a deal for the talented Sesko too this week.

Man United ‘stepped away from signing Moises Caicedo’

Manchester United reportedly opted against signing Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo before he moved to Europe. Caicedo arrived at the Amex Stadium for just £4.5m from Ecuadorian side Independiente del Valle. It has now emerged that United had the opportunity to sign the youngster, but they decided to pull out of a potential deal, according to The Athletic.

Barcelona meet with Marcos Alonso’s agent to close deal for star

Barcelona might not have worked out how to register their signings for this season, but that is not stopping them from continuing to plough ahead with transfers. According to Sport, a deal with Chelsea for Marcos Alonso is close to being done. The Catalan daily say that Alonso’s agent, Fali Ramadani, is in Barcelona to meet with the club. A deal should be closed between the two and it will merely remain for Barcelona to pull the trigger. Fabrizio Romano also reported that a deal was on the verge of completion
